MRC Series Magnetic Levitation Centrifugal Refrigeration Compressors

The MRC series magnetic levitation centrifugal refrigeration compressors are independently developed and manufactured by XINLEI based on its mature “magnetic levitation+” development platform. They incorporate high-efficiency multi-condition aerodynamic technology, high-precision magnetic levitation bearing control technology, high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor technology, and two-stage compression with vapor injection technology. Structurally, they adopt variable frequency direct drive and horizontally opposed impeller design, achieving high efficiency and reliability in compressor performance.

Air-cooled refrigerant cooling inverter

Refrigerant cooling provides significantly better heat dissipation than water cooling, resulting in higher cleanliness of electrical components and longer service life compared to water-cooled inverters. It eliminates the clogging issues associated with water cooling, greatly reducing the likelihood of unexpected downtime;

Fully closed-loop intelligent temperature and humidity thermal management system with active and precise refrigerant control;

Utilizes multi-objective PI control for flow and temperature difference to achieve high-load heat dissipation and anti-condensation functionality, further enhancing product reliability and applicability.


Industrial-grade Magnetic Bearing Technology

Radial and axial integrated modular design, compact structure, stable performance;

No lubricating oil required, zero friction, low power consumption, only 3-10% of conventional oil bearings, and the higher the speed, the more obvious the energy-saving effect;

Stable and reliable, magnetic bearings can withstand continuous violent surge of compressors for a long time without falling.


Bearing Controller

Utilizes high-precision components and a rational layout for high control accuracy and strong anti-interference capabilities, and has passed third-party EMC testing;

Integrated into the compressor, it uses temperature field simulation design for precise cooling, eliminating the risk of condensation and ensuring long-term reliability.
