High-Efficiency Filtration System
High-efficiency oil-gas separator ensures oil content in discharge air is below 3 ppm.
High-precision oil filter guarantees optimal oil supply to the airend, providing better protection and extending its service life.
High-efficiency vertical air filter keeps the internal system clean, protecting the airend rotors and bearings from wear, and prolonging the life of the lubricating oil.
High-efficiency oil-cooled permanent magnet motor
The IP65-rated oil-cooled motor features high protection, no mechanical bearing losses, and no cooling fan losses, resulting in low noise and vibration.
Its efficiency is 3%–10% higher than asynchronous motors of the same capacity.
The motor and airend share a common shaft design, eliminating the need for intermediate components such as central support brackets, couplings, pulleys, or gears. This reduces transmission loss to zero and achieves 100% transmission efficiency.
High-Efficiency Variable Frequency Drive
The product features a high level of integration, with a built-in 220 VAC power supply and industrial-frequency contactor, as well as integrated PT100 and PTC detection and protection circuits.
It supports one-touch startup using dedicated software and can communicate with HMI and IoT devices without requiring additional debugging.
