SCD Series Single-Unit Two-Stage Screw Refrigeration Compressor
SCD Series Single-Stage Two-Stage Screw Refrigeration Compressor was co-developed by Xinlei and Xi’an Jiaotong University. Featuring a patented 5:7 asymmetric high-efficiency rotor profile, it adopts a dual-motor direct-drive design with dual-V volume ratio control and high-efficiency PMSM technology, ensuring energy-saving, stable, and high-performance operation.

Dual frequency converters independently drive high and low-voltage motors
Dual frequency conversion technology actively and precisely controls the pressure between the high and low pressure stages to achieve higher energy efficiency;
Variable frequency control avoids energy losses generated during partial load operation, further improving the partial load performance of the unit; Spatial vector pulse width modulation technology, real-time accurate and efficient operation, achieving energy savings across the entire load range.
5:7 rotor profile
The 5:7 bilateral asymmetrical tooth design significantly reduces the area of the leakage triangle, lowers rotor tooth leakage, and achieves higher energy efficiency;
It can completely achieve “curved surface to curved surface” sealing, which helps form an oil film to reduce lateral leakage of the contact line, further improving volumetric efficiency and reliability.
Permanent magnet synchronous motor
Permanent magnet synchronous motors are smaller in size and 10% more efficient than traditional asynchronous motors:; High-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors, with a full load efficiency of 97.5% and a partial load efficiency of >95%;
H-class insulation design, with a maximum temperature resistance of 180°C and high reliability.
